April 2024, Storm was commissioned to paint a mirror frame and create to canvases for the front lounge at Blur Nightclub. With their preexisting indoor mural of The Cool People painted wallpaper (2021) and 60-foot building mural, Age Of The Cool People (2022), it was a trifecta to contribute a third creative showcase in Dunedin, Florida.
The wood frame was designed and custom built by Dan Carlson, prepped for painting on location. Two 20 X 30 inch canvases were created in a complimentary fashion to hang on both sides of the mirror. Using the iconic blue of the Blur logo, the final design features The Cool People dancing and flowing in an ethereal night sky. A fitting addition to the front of the lounge, transformational for daytime cocktails or nightlife party.
